Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

INGREDIENTS

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter
• 4 cups confectioners sugar
• 2 tbsp almond milk OR heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• (Optional) 1 cup of coconut to toast + put on top of the frosting
