Frosting - with no powdered sugar

- Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the milk, flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk continuously until the mixture starts to bubble and thicken enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the mixture into a measuring cup or bowl. Store it in the fridge to cool down completely.
- In the meantime, beat the softened butter in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Then mix in the vanilla.
- With the mixer on low, add the cooled milk mixture gradually and beat until light and fluffy. (Make sure your milk mixture is chilled completely before mixing it with the butter)
- OPTIONAL - Add 1-2 tbsp+ of cocoa powder to make it chocolate

1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
2 tbsp. Flour (gluten free)
Instructions
