Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 3/4 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp xantham gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350˚F.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and the sugars. Add the vanilla, eggs and sour cream and mix well.

In a medium bowl, combine the flours, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop the batter using a medium cookie scoop onto lightly sprayed baking sheets, and bake for around 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Transfer cookies to wire racks to let cool completely.
